Nothing here is a new claim. The registry is the research’s label sheet: an address enters it when a figure on The Wallets, The Watch or the AVX pages established it, and it takes that figure’s standing.

Proven: a filed quantity matched to the unit, or a transaction identified by its hash. Inferred: behaviour or timing, with the base rate stated in the source. Candidate: a lead, one tier below inferred, with a written test for promoting it and a written test for killing it. Explorer tag: an explorer's attribution label. Unattributed: no ownership attribution is established in the registry. Standing describes the cited claim. A transfer alone does not establish ownership.

This directory states no review date of its own, and every count above is the loaded registry's own membership: 153 C-Chain addresses and 94 P-Chain addresses. 189 addresses are filed under one of the entities below; the rest are named in the registry with no entity attributed, and no entity's count includes them.

Transfers come from Routescan’s v2 feed, which returns the atomic rows the etherscan-style explorers omit. P-Chain owners, stakes and validators are read from the platform API and Glacier. Cross-chain transfers move between Avalanche chains. Availability depends on the address and the source read.

It does not attribute. Where a wallet is inferred to be a custodian’s, the entity page says so and says why; where an explorer’s tag is the only evidence, it is marked as a tag.
